We have created a unique self contained cottage as part of our beautiful Victorian manor all for you!
With its own entrance and beautiful north facing gardens you will find this this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment gives you all you could need for your Sydney staycation.
With Sydney Harbour on your doorstep and the village of Mosman a walk away The Mosman Cottage will give you all you can want to access any part of the Sydney lifestyle you desire.
The Space
Welcomed by your own front entrance and north facing garden you will enter by key code into a central hallway with 2 bedrooms on the right and living, kitchen, dining on the left.
The 2 bedroom space provides for up to 6 people at maximum with Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and Bedroom 2 - Double bed, Single bed and a room out single. The glamours bathroom has 2 basins and a massive bath.

The Mosman Cottage sits between Mosman and Cremorne Villages. We are close to the Sydney Harbour Ferry and buses which are 7 mins to Sydney city. Balmoral Beach is 5min drive away and any style restaurant you care to name minutes from our door. We even have a Cinema at the end of our street.
Mosman has it all, the history, its beauty and access to anything Sydney has to offer. Whether it's the movies, the beach, a fine dinner out, or a day at the zoo, this property places all kinds of entertainment at your fingertips. Catch a bus into the city, or enjoy a slow and scenic ferry ride across Sydney Harbour.

Conveniently located near Restaurants of any cuisine that takes your fancy, you can find within a 5 minute walk in this location. Shops, cafes, restaurants and even a cinema is at your fingertips....PLUS the Beautiful Balmoral Beach, Sydney Zoo, Harbour Ferries and Busses.
Busses going to any location North and South 5 min walk from the home. And then there is always Uber!
Parking is available on the street.
Parking is easy in our quiet street outside our house and anywhere in Mosman.
Mosman Village is 5 min walk and is Cremorne Village.
Catch the ferry 7 mins walk to Sydney Harbour or ride the express City bus 5 min walk and 7 min ride to Sydney City. All very easy from the Mosman Cottage.
There is CCTV at the front door, just for safety and security purposes.

Summary: The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. And, for this area, very reasonably priced. The location is superb with so many beautiful attractions within walking distance - longer walks to the National Park were very rewarding However, the hot weather was a challenge because the house doesn’t have air conditioning or ceiling fans - there were stand alone fans though. I think the house would have been cooler if the lounge room windows could be opened right up for ventilation because there’s always an afternoon breeze in Mosman. Note that there were a few stairs down the the lovely bathroom. Not a problem for us at all.

Summary: My husband and I spent a week in Sydney for business and a bit of pleasure. It was a lovely home. Very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely big bathroom. Beds were comfortable. But best of all how easy it was to be in the home with our dog. Most places I've rented with my dog have a million and one rules, including the dog being restricted to a small space. Which kind of defeats the purpose of taking ones dog along. But Belinda had no such rules. I kept on reading the information sheet and thinking I must be missing something. We felt very much at home and the front garden area was secure and private. I never had to worry if he was safe or not. It was a pleasure to come back to our old neighbourhood to catch up with friends and family in such a relaxed environment.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. Everything was ready and waiting for our arrival, including an extra bed set up, some lovely treats and fresh milk. Belinda had thoughtfully put out some toys for the kids to play with and there was an abundant supply of bathroom essentials and lots of helpful items for use around the kitchen. Arrival instructions were straightforward, parking was plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Instruction manuals were available for dishwasher and induction cooktop and we had no need to use the laundry during our stay. It was a calm and quiet street and whilst we were mostly out during the day time, the Cottage provided all the comfort we needed at the start and end of our busy days. The kids are definitely keen to visit again!

Summary: My wife and I were looking for somewhere in the general Mosman area for a "staycation", just for a couple of days' break. We came across Belinda's property and booked it. It did not disappoint. It is located in a quiet street. We were using all public transport, and it's 10-15 minutes' walk from the ferry (uphill, but there's a bus to take you a lot of the way), and minutes' walk from Military Road, where there are buses in every direction, including to the Zoo and Manly. The Cremorne Orpheum is also a few minutes' walk away, directly opposite an excellent Supa IGA. The accommodation is excellent, with two bedrooms (main: queen; second: double plus single). We can vouch for the comfort of the queen bed. There is a good-sized lounge/dining/kitchen area, with large screen tv (including Netflix), comfortable lounge seating, and well-equipped kitchen (including induction hob, oven, large refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is large, with separate bath and shower, plus two wash basins, and plenty of linen. Wifi is good and fast. Belinda was an attentive host. Given similar cirumstances, we would happily stay there again.
